Can I use my own diffuser with Scent Australia oils?

Are there phthalates in the fragrance oils?

There are slight variations in the oil is due to the viscosity of the fragrance ingredients. This is because different oils have different volumetric sizes. This means that each oil will have a slightly different fill line.

Why is my oil bottle not full?

We are transiting from our white and beige labels to all black from late 2022 to early 2023. We will have a black label on all of our products for a seamless design.&#xA0;

Who created the designer range of oils?

<li>Cold Air Diffusion - nearly all diffusers on the market, use heat and water to diffuser scent. What this does, is adulterate the scent (changes the profile). This might not matter with a cheaper oil or candle, but when you&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;re paying for fine fragrance quality, which has up to 80 ingredients, you want to experience every tiny subtlety of the creation. This is why cold air diffusers are really the only option for fine fragrance.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Aesthetics - most diffusers on the market are plastic, and aren&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;t an art piece that you can proudly display. We have changed this with our Element Diffuser, made from from clay and metal.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Quality - master perfumers are few and far between, I remember hearing a statistic that there are more astronauts on earth then master perfumers. They have been traditionally reserved for fine fragrance body perfume and cologne only. We are one of the first companies if not the first company to unlock this quality of fragrance for home scenting.&#xA0;</li>

What are the key advances/innovations we are seeing in regard to fragrances for the home, and where do you see this area heading in years to come?

<li>Candle Trends - we are pushing towards &#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x153;refillable&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x9D; candles, so that you just order the refill rather then the entire candle itself. This helps the environment and lowers prices to customers. We are one of if not the first companies to work on this.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Customisable Fragrances - we don&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;t want to go down this path, the reason being, all our fragrances have vigorous safety testing through local and international regulatory bodies. If the scent is customized, then it&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;s not able to go through this safety testing. Safety is our number one priority.&#xA0;</li>

What are the key current trends in the area of home fragrances/scents

Order our samples! We have super cheap samples, order them all and try them all. You can then start to learn what you do / don&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;t like. Scent is very similar to hanging art work or music, its super personal, some scents you will love, others not so much. That being said, our Iconic Range are our top scents that you are sure to love, these have wide appeal and so many compliments you are sure to win with one of these.&#xA0;
