Your points are issued once payment has been accepted and the order has been processed. 

If you have not received your points after 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 1300 731 680 to speak with our Customer Care Team.

We are available any time from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm AEST.
