If you are unable to pick up your order yourself, you may choose someone to do so on your behalf. Please send your order collection message to the person you have chosen for pickup upon arriving in the office.

You are welcome to come at any time; we will hold the order for you for up to 7 days.

What if I canâ€™t come to the store the day my order is ready?

There is no minimum spend on Click and Collect orders.

Parcels delivered by Australia Post Express Postage will require a signature on delivery. If no one is at home, a card will be left so you can pick your order up from your nearest post office.
Regular postage by Couriers Please does not require delivery and often the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place for you.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
Please note that currently, we can only ship the Element Diffuser to the United States. All processed orders containing any other diffusers will be refunded.
