If you ordered the wrong product, as long as it hasn&apos;t been shipped, we can cancel it and exchange the product or reimburse you.

We can make adjustments as long as the order has not been packed or dispatched. We suggest that you have your order number handy so that we can process your request as soon as possible.

You can exchange a product due to a change of mind within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it&apos;s unused and it&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;s original packaging.
Please note shipping costs for the return are at your expense. Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. We recommend that proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

How do I ship back the items?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

How soon will I get my refund?

Our <a href="https://www.scentaustraliahome.com.au/pages/returns" target="_self">Returns Center</a> is for our 30 Days Change of Mind policy whereas our Warranty Center is for defective product claims within 12 months of the purchase date.&#xA0;

What is the difference between a return and warranty claim?

We accept the return of all products under the 30 Days Change of Mind policy providing it&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;s unused and in its original packaging.&#xA0;
