Why isn’t the whole of my candle melting?Updated 18 days ago

“Tunneling” is when a candle burns down the middle of the jar, leaving lots of wax stuck to the side of the jar. Candles will tunnel due to incorrect wick size or type, or if you do not allow it to burn for long enough. We recommend always burning your candle so you reach a full melt pool, where the melted wax reaches the edge of jar, this can take up to 3-4 hours.
