Why isn’t the whole of my candle melting?Updated a month ago
Tunneling” occurs when a candle burns down the middle, leaving unmelted wax along the sides of the jar. This is usually the result of an improper wick size or burning the candle for insufficient time. To avoid tunneling, always burn your candle long enough for the melted wax to reach the edge of the jar. This can take between 3 to 4 hours. A full melt pool ensures even burning and maximizes the longevity of your candle.
