This usually happens if you tap ‘Forgot Password’ instead of ‘Sign In.’

Password resets are currently handled via the Kirri (formerly Scent Australia Home) website.

If you’re a subscriber and need to reset your password, simply:

Tap ‘Forgot Password’ in the app to open the reset page on the SAH website

Follow the prompts to create a new password

Return to the app and log in using your updated credentials

Once logged in, re-pair your diffuser following the usual setup flow

This process ensures your app experience and diffuser connection are synced correctly.
