My Micro diffuser isn't releasing any scent.Updated 10 days ago

There are three options as to why this is happening.

1. The fragrance type.
Some scents are hard to see, you simply may not be able to see this particular oil as it comes out of the diffuser nozzle.

2. Your nozzle may be clogged.

After continued use, our Diffuser nozzles need to be cleaned. You can either use our Bio Ethanol nozzle cleaner, or buy a new nozzle, which we sell on our store.

3. You may simply be used to your scent.

This phenomenon is referred to as odour habituation. This occurs when your body becomes accustomed to the scent, and can no longer identify it. This commonly happens in spaces you spend long periods of time in such as a bedroom or living area.
