If we have cats, is burning the Concrete Candle safe?Updated a month ago
We cannot assert that we are aware of the kinds of environments that hurt cats. However, we can assert that there isn't any hazardous off-gassing if there is enough oxygen present. When burned, isopropyl alcohol produces carbon dioxide and water vapor. Our lungs exhale carbon dioxide (as do cats). So they are clearly living in an environment of carbon dioxide. However, the Concrete Candle is outproducing them in terms of production. If this is a problem, opening a window a bit would let plenty of fresh oxygen diffuse any potentially detrimental effects. Having said that, since we (unfortunately) aren't veterinarians, we can just Google the sensitivity of cats. We cannot guarantee how different creatures will behave, only what the Concrete Candle produces.
