We advise letting the device cool for roughly 20 minutes after two refills (roughly 1.5 to 2 hours). There is no issue because cement can tolerate very high temperatures. However, it does get warm to the touch, which can be avoided by allowing it to cool. Additionally, the alcohol will burn faster and more quickly due to the cement's transfer of heat to the alcohol. The use of a cool-down period also lessens this.
