How do I change the connector?Updated 21 days ago

Our diffusers come with two black connectors, one spare and one already in the diffuser. We always provide a spare one as many of our customers change their fragrance frequently and the connector can clog.

Please remove the black connector already in the diffuser by pulling it directly down. It is in there tight so don't be afraid to give it a good pull! If you are struggling to grip the connector, please attach your fragrance bottle and it will allow you to get a better grip on it.

Alternatively, you can begin using your diffuser with the connector already in the machine by attaching the fragrance pipes and your bottle of scent.
