Make sure your diffuser is no more than 33 feet (10 meters) away from the bluetooth device. The bluetooth range is around 33' which is 10 meters. Obstructions can restrict this range (i.e. walls, doors, pockets, nearby bluetooth devices). Move the device and the product closer together.

Diffusers may need to be adjusted from time to time to remedy minor issues. This is usually accomplished by turning off the device and then turning it back on.
