Always trim the wick to 5mm–8mm before lighting.
Use a wick trimmer for precision, as a longer wick can lead to excessive flame height, resulting in smoking and soot.
Burning the candle in draft-free environments also helps reduce the risk of smoke. By maintaining your candle properly, you'll enjoy a beautiful, clean burn every time, free from black soot or smoke.
